Peer Recovery Support
One-on-one support focused on goals, barriers, accountability, recovery planning, and practical next steps.
Recovery • Connection • Opportunity
Crossroads Recovery Services connects people, families, employers, and the community with practical recovery support, resources, accountability, and a path forward.
Whether someone needs peer support, employment help, community connection, treatment navigation, or a second chance at work, Crossroads helps identify the next right step.
What We Do
Crossroads Recovery Services helps people build stability in the areas that often determine whether recovery can last: connection, employment, housing, accountability, family support, and access to care.
One-on-one support focused on goals, barriers, accountability, recovery planning, and practical next steps.
Peer-led and community-based groups supporting recovery, relapse prevention, life skills, and healthy connection.
Resume help, job searches, applications, interview preparation, and connection with recovery-friendly employers.
Help connecting with recovery housing, transportation, identification, benefits, food assistance, and community resources.
Education, guidance, and connection for families and loved ones affected by substance use and recovery.
Recovery-focused support for people returning from incarceration who need community, employment, resources, and stability.
Connections to detox, treatment, counseling, medical care, recovery housing, and specialized services when needed.
Partnerships with treatment providers, hospitals, courts, law enforcement, employers, faith communities, and local organizations.
Recovery Community Center
Recovery is more than stopping the use of substances. It is rebuilding connection, purpose, confidence, routine, and a life worth protecting.
Crossroads creates space for recovery support, community connection, groups, activities, resources, and practical help in an environment where people can show up as they are.
Crossroads at Work
Crossroads Recovery Services partners with employers to build safer, recovery-supportive workplaces through education, drug testing, intervention, monitoring, and structured employee support.
On-site workplace drug testing and intervention support conducted under the participating employer's workplace policy.
Ongoing accountability and monitoring for employees participating in a workplace recovery or continued-employment plan.
Additional workplace service time beyond the initial five-hour service block.
Practical education for supervisors, managers, and employees on creating a drug-free workplace without profiling or targeting individuals.
Training Topics
When appropriate under an employer's policy, a positive drug screen can become the beginning of a structured recovery and accountability process instead of the end of someone's employment.
About Crossroads
Crossroads Recovery Services exists to make recovery support easier to reach, easier to understand, and more connected to everyday life.
We believe people need more than information. They need relationships, opportunities, accountability, community, and people willing to help them navigate the next step.
“We don't expect people to have everything figured out before they walk through the door.”
